Wisconsin Quilt Blocks on Barns #13 and #14

Good Afternoon!
I have gotten Blocks #13 Cornucopia Racine County and # 14
Crossed Canoes Green County done. Number 13 was a little interesting putting together but really like how they both turned out. I really enjoy doing these blocks and love to paper piece too.
I am so glad that Jen started this block of the week!!
I have another Barn Block of the Month to do and then will be doing some blocks for the Guild that will need to be getting done. Then, I will get after these other two quilts that will be putting on the long arm. Then I have my Rodeo Log Cabin that will be putting on after those. I have been having so much fun learning my APQS!! I have the binding I'm putting on the second quilt I quilted and then wil get it posted. It is such funnnnnnn.......

  1. Congrats on your finish of the blocks. I agree - I had a heck of a time with the cornucopia block too.

  2. I gotta know, what was the problem with the cornucopia? Should I be changing how it goes together? Does it need further instructions? I'd be happy to change it so it goes easier for others. Let me know! =)

    Your blocks came out great!

  3. I had no problems with the cornucopia but the crossed canoes block was terrible and it may be remade someday in the future.
